Yes. Apple Wallet on iOS, Google Wallet on Android, and a web card for everything else. You design the card once; we render it on each, and a redesign reaches installed passes too.

Yes. Walle runs alongside any POS — staff scan the customer's card from a phone. On Premium, a REST API and webhooks let you award and redeem from your own systems and pull customers and transactions.

Yes — switch between Basic, Mid and Premium yourself on the Billing page, any time; there is no contract and no setup fee. The new plan starts immediately and the days you have already paid for are carried over. Your customer data stays with you throughout.

Absolutely — it's your data. CSV export from the dashboard is on every plan, and Premium adds full API access.
