These Terms govern your use of Walle, a SaaS loyalty platform that lets businesses issue digital loyalty cards via Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and PWA passes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By signing up, accessing the dashboard, or issuing cards through Walle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy.
The service
Walle provides tools to design loyalty cards (stamp, points, discount, coupon, gift, membership, cashback, multipass), distribute them to customers via QR codes, deliver them to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, manage customers, send push notifications, and run a built-in scanner for award/redeem at the point of sale.
Eligibility
Walle is intended for use by businesses and the staff they authorise. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you are signing up for.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for any activity under your account, and for the actions of staff members you grant access to. Notify us immediately at thrytsak69@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Walle for any unlawful purpose; issue cards or rewards you do not intend to honour; send spam or unsolicited marketing; attempt to bypass security, rate-limits, or tenant isolation; reverse engineer the platform; or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Your obligations to your customers
When you issue cards through Walle, you remain the data controller for your customers and the operator of your loyalty programme. You must honour the rewards and balances you advertise, comply with consumer-protection law, and provide your customers with appropriate notice and consent for any data you collect through Walle.
Fees and billing
Walle is offered on Basic, Mid and Premium plans as described on the pricing page. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing billing periods are not affected.
Intellectual property
Walle and all underlying software, design and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the brand assets, card designs and customer data you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them strictly to deliver the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a security or legal risk, or that remain unpaid after notice. On termination, issued cards may stop receiving updates and your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walle's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active business accounts by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
